Programs and Products Magellan GMR has developed an array of management development programs that can be delivered with only minor tailoring to clients who wish to use generic training materials. We can provide basic management development programs for supervisors and first-level managers, as well as sophisticated programs designed to teach strategic planning skills or to assist organizations in their efforts to operate effectively in the global marketplace. Diagnostic Instruments Magellan GMR has also developed a series of diagnostic instruments for use in various situations. Each of these instruments, developed through extensive empirical research in real organizational settings, can be used alone, or in conjunction with a training program. Most Magellan GMR programs include the use of one or more of these diagnostic instruments. In most cases, the instruments can be tailored for use in specific situations and organizations.
