Diagnostic Instruments

Introduction Magellan GMR has developed an array of sophisticated instruments for use in various situations. Each of these instruments, developed through extensive empirical research in real organizational settings, can be used alone, or in conjunction with a training program. Most Magellan GMR programs include the use of one or more of these diagnostic instruments. In most cases the instruments can be tailored, often at no cost to the client, to reflect specific organizational needs and issues.
