Strategic PlanningStrategic Planning Seminar. Participants learn to position their organization effectively in highly competitive markets, to "rationalize" products and services, to determine long term vision, mission and strategic goals, and to establish implementation steps for strategic plans. This program is intended for managers and leaders in key positions in organizations, and is usually conducted in-house for key organizational planning teams. Strategic Account Planning Seminar. Participants learn to set realistic sales objectives, to identify target customers and prospects, to identify viable target customer groups within an organization, to develop strategies for meeting critical customer needs, and managing relationships with customer groups. This program is designed for sales managers, for sales and marketing teams, and for individual salespeople. It is usually delivered as part of an in-house sales development effort. |
