Topical Issues in Organizational Leadership

Making Down-Sizing Work. Participants learn to provide leadership for downsizing efforts, and to avoid significant negative consequences of efforts to reduce the size and complexity of organizations, and to control costs and generate revenues. This program is designed for all levels of management.

Managing Cultural Differences. Participants learn to work effectively in a specific cross-cultural or cross-ethnic situation. This program is usually tailored to reflect a specific international or cross- cultural setting, and is appropriate for any level of management or for individual contributors who are working in an international or cross ethnic situation.

Managing in a Diverse Organization. Participants learn to use a variety of techniques in situations where the work force includes people who have diverse ethnic, cultural, national, or gender characteristics, and varying physical capabilities. This program can be tailored to reflect specific organizational needs and characteristics, and is designed for all levels of management.

Ethical Choices: When Values Collide. Participants learn to weigh critical factors, and to anticipate ethical consequences, when facing dilemmas that involve ethical and value conflicts. This program is designed for all members of any organization that needs to develop ethical awareness and critical decision making skills in its employees.
